Currently, all flights are round-trip between Havana, Cuba (HAV) and JFK, LAX, SFO, MCO, FLL or MIA (subject to flight availability that meets our course schedule). Unfortunately, due to the logistical problems that arise when booking groups, it is impossible for us to change the departing or returning airport. You are always welcome to arrange for your own travel. If you have any questions, please email us or give us a call at: 1-833-CUBA-CLE | 1-833-282-2253 for more information.

You are required to bring a valid Passport and ID. If you are required to bring any additional documents, you will be notified beforehand.

NO. Transportation to the departure airport is not provided.

The U.S. Department of Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has authorized people to travel to Cuba under one of 12 “general” license categories. Individuals who meet the requirements of one of the 12 general license categories do not need to apply to OFAC for a “specific” license to travel to Cuba. All attendees must certify, via affidavit, which category applies to their specific reason for travel.

We are travelling under the Professional research and professional meetings in Cuba category and we recommend that you specify this reason for travel in your affidavit.

All we ask is that you dress comfortably. There is a lot of sun, so please do not forget to apply sunscreen lotion and a pair of sunglasses are recommended.

Absolutely! If you have the means and opportunity to travel and stay near our destination, please email us or give us a call at 1-833-CUBA-CLE | 1-833-282-2253 and we will gladly discuss registering for the CLE seminar.

We understand that things come up and that plans change, that is why we offer a simple and concise refund policy. If you find that you can no longer attend a seminar for which you have registered for, please email us or give us a call at: 1-833-CUBA-CLE | 1-833-282-2253. Cancellations 90 days or more prior to the date of departure are eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the date of departure are eligible to receive up to $500. Cancellations within 60 days of the date of departure are NOT eligible for a refund, however, you will be granted a $500 credit towards any future events with us. Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Bon Voyage cannot recover if you cancel, even if you must do so due to illness, injury, or personal emergencies. These fees are not meant to be punitive. The charges made reflect the expenses Bon Voyage has incurred in administering your reservation and planning for your participation. We recognize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving, arriving late, or leaving the trip early. We do recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect you from unforeseen events that require cancellation of the trip.

Yes, we do offer discounted rates for additional attendees. Please email us or give us a call at: 1-833-CUBA-CLE | 1-833-282-2253 for more information.
